Public engagement
My ability to communicate science clearly and confidently allows me to support organisations in engaging stakeholders, building public trust, and showcasing the real-world impact of their technologies.
Alongside my scientific expertise, I am committed to making complex research accessible to wider audiences. I have participated in conferences, workshops, and investor meetings, where I have communicated technical concepts to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds, including clinicians, policymakers, commercial teams, and the general public.
My experience includes presenting research findings at international academic conferences, contributing to collaborative discussions with healthcare professionals, and supporting investor engagement by translating scientific data into clear, actionable insights. I have also delivered training sessions for healthcare personnel on medical device operation and quality assessment, combining technical knowledge with practical guidance.
I am particularly interested in fostering dialogue between science and society, ensuring that innovations in diagnostics and medical technology are communicated in ways that build trust, transparency, and understanding. Whether speaking with patients, clinicians, or non-technical stakeholders, I aim to highlight the impact of research and innovation on improving health outcomes.
I actively engage with the public to promote understanding of medical science and technology. Through outreach events, public talks, and science communication initiatives, I explain complex concepts such as cancer diagnostics, diabetes screening, and medical device innovation in clear and accessible ways. My aim is to raise awareness of how scientific advances translate into real-world health benefits, empowering people with knowledge and fostering trust in emerging healthcare technologies.
I bring experience in translating complex research into accessible messages for public audiences, helping organisations increase visibility, inspire trust, and foster understanding of healthcare innovations.
